Extreme upward PPS movement is always about very good news combined with shareholder excitment to hold and buy more with little or no selling until a certain 10x-100x marker is reached.

GDGI receives 5.6m from DOJ- I would a mil at .05-.10

GDGI begins 200 unit installation- I would sell a mil at .15-.20.

GDGI begins 1000 unit installation- I would sell a mil at .50+


And the rest I intend to keep forever until buyout.
