then the same year, he maxed the shares to 10 billion and another RS of 120 to 1, as you see the price is at basically Zero
they sold project W, cashing close to $1 million in 2013-2014, also all this money from selling shares 10 bil shares at 0.0001 = 1 mil,
and they have not paid the money they owe to IRS, originally 220k, now more than 300k
