Back in the day, 2006 or so, I'm convinced Bob was just playing the shareholders and others (Philippines) with no intention to mine. I don't know if anyone foresaw the rocket climb of iron ore prices. With that happening, the strategy changed and he did begin to mine.

His dealings with Geo imo, was his getting a taste of his own medicine, not to mention his own illegal actions that put him in prison. Without financials (again, something I believe Bob never intended to do), one just doesn't know. Hopefully the one honest one in the bunch is Brad. Years ago I invested in a chapter 11 company. The judge looked out for the shareholders and we did very well. It does happen at times. Maybe Brad's like this judge. I don't believe under Cotton or Cotton and Geo, you guys would have had any chance. Maybe not a scam in the literal sense of the word, but certainly when you looked into your pocket, you'd know you were taken.
