looks like one sweet deal for both parties. Mary Ann's must have great faith in SMKY products to commit to fronting $650,00 worth of product. They get exclusive rights to all Smoky products and in turn receive a 5 million share incentive and a percentage of sales. SMKY gets their product to market without any cash input.
