I don't think anyone said that whoever has around 5% WOULD dump them! They may not sell for some time? No idea, but if the company can lower the outstanding shares I think 99% of shareholders welcome that idea!! It means the pps can climb even faster as things move forward!!! Well if they exit early the pps will stabilize eventually and can move upward from there! Just my opinion. But I will be adding if there are shares being sold!!
