Soo not paying IRS was a smart move LOL. And I don't know how about getting a few up and running ,get them to show profits then add a few. Gee what a concept. All I see is a guy who doesn't care about making money and just adds place so he takes in a bigger hunk of payroll taxes to use. Oh but that's right a smart business move ha ha. So when it happens again as we know its already the second time. What happens when the padlocks go on the doors. So investors lose it all! IMO
