I have not converted my preferred e series even though my lock up period is over. There is no need to convert right now - e series are anti dilutive, they are in the money by a huge factor at . 0001. But should the common stock price increase - it can't get any lower than .0001 - you can expect 100m shares to be dumped. If the new management ís focused on increasing shareholder value then they ought to be nègotiating with series e holders now.
