I'm looking at it from two PR's ago they indicated seven million in financing.
I'll bet to get the 7 million in financing they have to agree to an exchange of some money and some stock the reason for the A/S increase.
And we are overdue on a lot of things and they should be updating shareholders which would be nice

Its a head fake in this market!
