Yes I think you are right. Lloyd is neurologically impaired. The robot looks like a toy my four year old has outgrown. I am afraid Lloyd is left with those horrid update videos he and his "secretary" made to get the misinformation out to the shareholders. He can watch those and sob remembering the "glory days" of COWI that occurred between reverse splits. I hope FINRA tells him his quota if reverse splits is finished.
