Of course they are, I think Angel nailed it when he said-

"In absence of any presently available viable or ethical business model, BCAP will allegedly do their best to attach themselves to our rising star to bilk their investor base. It is refreshing to have a CEO that is wise enough to rid our company of BCRAP/Dwyer. Angel is no fool.....would be nice to see FINRA put this issue to rest for us once and for all.
