All these Severance issues with Texas Sands happened within the last month.
2 new Texas Sands severance issues... These 2 make 6 out of the 10 leases Tesarski operates for Treaty now have severance issues. The 2 new severance issue are for delinquent H-10 test reports. I looked at all 10 leases and Tesarski has not resolved one single severance issue with these leases.
Same ole, same ole... Bullshit.
