For a direct staffed officer of any company to sell shares they must file with UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION to sell any or all of their shares! And for him to email RED13 or anyone outside of the company before doing so is called insider trading and is punishable by years of prison and big fines! So therefore I would have to assume his title is not corporate advisor.
