Glad this happened after the April 10th shareholders meeting as planned;

Once approved by the Board of Directors, the Company plans to enter into a Letter of Intent with a hydroponics company within the next 14 business days to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company will also search for other acquisitions to help create a diverse revenue base for its shareholders.

What a joke.
