7/21/2014 JEHLY 1-4 R/S. Holders are required on a mandatory basis to surrender their DRs for cancellation and exchange four (4) old DRs for one (1) new DR. Fractional ADS resulting from the R/S will be sold and the net proceeds, if any, will be allocated in cash. Cancellation fee of $0.0375 will be charged per DR surrendered.
