The problem is, without the CWS software, what exactly does WaFR have any more?
Especially since they have given 66% of the company to Teresa and Cyril.
Oh, wait, they can reverse split (which maintains T and C's outstanding share percentages) and then re-up the Authorized in order to buy another revenue-generating subsidiary (ha!) like Core Wafer Systems...LOL
And in the meantime, continue to sell their story and shares.
