How to play these illiquid high percentage moving penny stock charts:

It's strange but I sort realized this while making sourdough bread. You take a piece of the starter dough off from the fridge and make mix it into a new dough mix to bake the bread, keeping the rest of the starter in the fridge for another bake in the future.

For stocks you buy some stock in the penny stock that will eventually go up, and instead of trying to make an initial profit you are just trying to get shares for free. You want to just get your initial "dough" back out asap, and then let the shares remaining just do their thing and eventually uptrend for free.

For example if I had $1000 to buy some stock at 25 cents I would buy 4000 shares. To get my money back out then I would immediately place a good to close limit order for half the shares at 100% profit, in other words sell 2000 shares at 50 cents. Set it and forget it, because it was made sure the stock is going to uptrend long-term. No stops are required. Just let the stock do its thing and hit the "sell half at double" gtc limit order eventually.

That way I get my $1000 back out, and then have left 2000 more shares at 50 cents. So now I have $1000 of "free" shares that can trend upwards even years from now perhaps to dollars, and can go use my original "starter dough" on another stock repeating this process over and over again. If the free shares gain or lose it doesn't matter, they were free. But chances are if you can pick stocks right even half the time some of them are going to really profit above being free.

This takes off the fear aspect or uncertainty when trading penny stocks, enabling you to play bullish or sideways trending charts without worrying about getting stopped out or having to trade in and out quickly. Just go with the flow and let the market trigger your orders when it does. This method requires patience that's all, and it was once said the market is a fancy way to take money from the impatient and give it to the patient. This is a way how it works. All for free.
