You own a machine so what are you doing with it? If I am not mistaken you are not subject to the EPA ruling yet you are on the board as if you have no knowledge of anything. Did you return the machine to the company or are you using it to hang clothes like the rest of us do with our gym equipment? Please explain where you are in the timeline of your purchase.
