As to why Teresa, Cyril, Dale, et al, did not respond to Sandia's latest motion, I suspect it has more to do with a response being pointless. They were pretty much bound to lose unless they suddenly coughed up the $600,000+ plus owed to Sandia.

However, since CWS aka WaFR did not respond, it means that some things stated in Sandia's motion stand as "facts" by default, such as

the subject property is, by CWS's own admission, not in CWS's possession.

What? CWS doesn't even HAVE the software they claim to have here? Is this true?
