**There are documents on the Panamanian Registry** which show the legitimacy of this incorporation. You have to set up an account to use that site. I thought I would pass along some navigation guidelines to find the five documents we (Beliceno found the first two) have found so far. Four are english language documents and the fifth is a bundle of Spanish language documents which is probably the original documents for the registering of that company. They wrote or filed the paperwork on 7/2/13, paid various fees on 7/3/13, and it became registered on 7/5/13 (although in the documents it will appear as day/month/year). For those who are interested in searching there, here is a guide.

1) click "Consulta Registral", it will then ask you to log on.
2) after logging on click the second option "Consulta de Informacion Registral".
3) click "Diario"
4) click "Por Ficha o Ruc""
5) Aside "Ficha" enter 807825, then enter.
6) Click the link for Bayano Lake Wood Products Corp.

For the next make a different choice at (3)
3) Go to "Mercantil" and under it click "Sociedad Anonimas"
4) click "Directa por Ficha"
5) Under "Indique No. de Ficha" enter 807825, then enter

For the next two make a different choice at (4):
4) Under "Mercantil Soc. Anonimas" click "Cambrios por Ficha"
5) under "Indique No. de Ficha" enter 807825, then enter
6) click the link.

4) Under "Mercantil Soc. Anonimas" click "Por 1ra. Tasa Unica"
6) under "Indique la 1ra. Tasa Unica" enter 13001144699, enter
7) click the link for Bayano lake Wood Products Corp.

The last is a bundle of Spanish language documents. Here, make a different choice at (2):
2) click "Consulta de Imagenes Registrales"
3) click "Consulta por Ficha"
4) Aside "Numero de Ficha Igual" enter 807825
5) Ignore the rest and click "Consultar"
6) This will link you to a page which has a link "Ver" for the Spanish language documents.

There is more than one way to access these documents, I tried to pass along the simplest route.
