You have to go to the NM Court portal and then look it up. Search for Core Wafer (two words!) and choose the Sandia Case.

I haven't fetched this latest filing yet, but the motion to put the software into receivership can be viewed here:

I find it quite revealing that Corewafer Industries didn't even bother to answer the motion. And short of them using a third part to buy the software and then trying to sell it (I don't even know if that would be legal), it basically means that the only thing they have left of CWS is the name.
