interesting trend- the day of the great news that surveying was done, USPR only trades 156k. Then, after a weekend, 314k, followed by 35k. Not very impressive,
Then 4 days after the great news, it trades 887k and jumps to .18. Then, including the 887k, it trades more then 330k shares a day for 7 days totaling about 3.4 million shares.
Then the volume starts to dry up to where it was today, 99k.
It takes 4 days, 4 days, after great news for the stock to gain big volume. In the 7 days of big volume it trades to .23. Then volume slows down and it re-traces to a low of .17.
That looks like the definition of pump and dump to me.
