I am a little confused about the 125 million O/S, you speak of? I see reports and OTC both saying under 5 million O/S. I am not the most versed in convertible notes and warrants, but can you explain?

I see a company with a $45,000 market cap, which is insane for a company doing these kind of sales, which have grown immensely the last 12 months. I see the CEO claiming profitability in the Q4.

I am concerned that they would dilute with such a small O/S, but they have not done it yet this year. If the TA is ungagged, and I can monitor the O/S, this could be a gem... the weekly chart and volume is speaking to me.
