It sais govt CONTRACTOR though. Im just wondering the possibility that this is a bogus PR. I see that as a small possibility however.
Ive been following this stock a long time & I dare say this IS the right time to invest especially with what is going on in the Middle East & the fact that theyve already done a R/S. It also depends on what it does the next couple of days, if its able to hold its gains & even rise to the next level which I think should be around .12. JMO
