Proof??? Have you been reading the last couple posts? I've been following HIMR for almost two years, the whole time they've been talking about buying back shares. A year ago there O/S was 9.4 billion, now its 21.1 billion. That doesn't sound like they're buying back shares, that sounds like diluting. We've also exposed their supposed headquarters which turns about to be just a mailbox in mailbox store next to a bakery. You can't store and test all of this supposed underwater logging equipment in a mailbox store. Its common sense. And the stock hasn't risen in the entire 2 years I've been watching it besides minor jumps when the stock was pumped and then immediate crashes back to .0001 once it was dumped. Those are all facts not opinion. Common sense will tell you this is not a legit company.
