According to this....

2. What inventory is the company waiting for?

The terminals are ready and the inventory stock almost complete. We have added some last minute aromatherapy and incense offerings to meet the needs of the first location. Funnily, we have now truly become a smoke shop and will be able to find a warm home in every state. Since we assemble the PMX packages locally we must coordinate with other manufacturers. Once the new system is in place we anticipate no delays for future terminals

"You got a lot of splaining to do Lucy!" I don't know off hand the Fiduciary aspect of PMXO, but, as a publicly traded company, they are suppose to be creating value for shareholders, and with the statement quoted above, they better be ready to handle the possibility of a class action suit. These guys are smart, but at the same time, pretty damn blatant and ignorant to boot! A few inquiries/complaints to the right people can and often do produce results, however, they may not be favorable to the people that deserve the answers. In my opinion, and I am not giving any legal advice, it would be a complete waste of time and money to try file any suit against PMXO, they have nothing. Look at the financials, someone is lying through their teeth at PMXO and I doubt it is the CPA. There is a way you can use leverage against PMXO though but if I give you that suggestion publicly, all though the information I would be providing you with is public information, someone may beat you to the punch. Get the patent information! If PMXO producers nothing, it won't matter. However if they do, let's say sell their technology or play the shell game, there is a way to get paid. Even with the innovative (sarc) marijuana idea they are talking about, there are still cards you can play. It is not as hard to call their hand as one might think! Forget about PMXO the ticker and company stock you might own, you likely won't recover your money, sad reality. I would be willing to further this conversation in private, I have no vested interest in this cusip, so if I can give you a few ideas, it is up to you to follow through!
