They have no sales, no cash, no employees, nothing really. Perhaps by definition they aren't bankrupt, but there is nothing going on except for a lawyer with a title that is sick of being harrassed. PDMI is not his fulltime job ... it probably doesn't even pass as a parttime job ... and he isn't getting paid. No one's getting paid. There is no cashflow!

No they are not bankrupt!...lol
