Will-Bill, I didn't get a good look at that share offering for the $1.70 per share a few months back. Was that a "Toxic" finance or straight up stock sale (I thought $1.70 would help add some support)? Secondly, I noticed third level ($1.31 of support was breached and recovered above slightly for the day). Why do you suppose the reaction to any sales news is negative every day? Wimpy orders considered "fluff" news or simply selling on the news? Thoughts?
