Dilution doesn't matter? Really???

I think it does. If they dilute now, after the reverse split, it is even more damaging, as the percentage of impact is that much greater.

Is the A/S count available??-- or is it gagged.
If it is gagged, that's a sure sign they are continuing to dilute.

Companies that dilute usually don't stop after an R/S....IMO
