Audits take time. He has 4 years of audits to go through now 5 years. This will probably take another year before all are completed unless his executive really has all of the paperwork lined up. I don't expect this trading until at least the end of 2015.
I wonder if we can buy his interest in these properties through tax liens. Is he in default of any of them? Then you can pick up title for pennies on the dollar.
Check the county tax assessor records for payments. Some states its only 3 years in default and you can pay and take the land.
