I know it will happen. Ive been involved in several sales myself and from the letter of intent to the actual closing, theres always a few snags in the contract bouncing it back from atty to atty. Im not going to pass along anything Im told on this moving forward. Theres no sense in being crucified by a couple of crybabies for trying to share the info i get. If the PR gets issued in the next few days, then I was close enough, and maybe my input will be more helpful on the next one after proven reliable. Best of luck!
