Not at all. The glitch here,is when phrx swithed from otcqb to pinksheet. 3 days later it hit the penny, but too late for the rules. I'm not able to buy pinksheets stocks. If i had previously in my account, (phrx is not the only one pink in my account)i'm just authorized to sell what i had bagholding for years now!
I don't have had a response why now they're sellable,and a month ago,NO. Understood? It's clear to me that the broker did NSS on my back. (IMO)
