I was concerned that they didn't have a conference call after releasing the last quarter's numbers on May 7th. On their site they mention that conference calls are usually 30 days after earnings are released - that would have put the CC around June 7th. I contacted Mike and he told me that he didn't have any word on a conference call. The CEO has mentioned previously that he will only discuss things when they are concrete. Perhaps there are things going on that haven't been finalized and he didn't want to be put into a position where something might slip. Just a thought.
