Shell's are worth a couple hundred thousand dollars.

And when you see pinkies and sub pennies trade on Reverse merger hype before anything is known it is a shot up and then a crash of 90% to 99% when it's figured out the market cap hit millions when it's worth thousands.

And I can actually point to a transaction in the last several months where a clean shell that was full reporting and actually had some asset and less liabilities and changed hands for 99% of the stock for several hundred thousand dollars.
