Maybe. ? It might depend on what type of virtual shareholder meeting WSGI is signed up for?? And or, if they offer more than one type of vsm?? This appears to indicate that people would get a chance to, imho:

As an example, here is ULTRAGENYX PHARMACEUTICAL INC.'s. At the very beginning of the audio, the Broadridge person stated that "participants can ask a question over the phone line, or type it in via the internet":
