There is misunderstanding of the agreed settlement from the State of Washington. radix would sell Private placements or "pipes" selling restricted 144 stock directly to shareholders. This is one of the ways they raised money in 2003-2005. Our good buddy Mr. Shafer filed a complaint (part of his tactics to bully and intimidate people into submission). After careful review and discovery the State agreed to a no fee,no fine, no admission of wrongdoing consent order with Radix Marine and also myself. This is about as good as it gets considering they were going to impose almost 50,000 on the company and myself.
It is interesting to note that had the previous management simply registered the security and paid the 100.00 fee in 2004/2005, when it was fully reporting, they would have been in compliance.
We have now put this behind us and can concentrate on getting the company back to fully reporting and trading. I am sorry there is negative assholes,but that is what makes the world go round. We remain committed to get the company back to fully reporting and trading as soon as we can. I have been having conversations with our gal that does our annual meetings to get everything together for that. I am sorry for the delay, but have to whack this guy off at the knee caps one stroke at a time. He just had one of his crazy, insane, frivolous feeble attempts to bully and harass lawsuits dismissed, but about to get a dose of good old fashion ass whipping lessons in life. What a pathetic piece of human garbage he is.
