It certainly must be reassuring to the new COB as it is to all stakeholders that Phipp's condo rental out trumps just about all other payables, even those leading to court imposed judgments.

Thank goodness Indy shared the fact that the Marine and DP hit it off so well. Let's keep the Condo rental going strong!!
