Yeah, I'd have to say that after following HDY for 10+ years, and in particular the last couple three, that anything is possible. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them farm down to the 20%-25% level. I'd also suspect them to do an offering once drilling is announced and sp is (hopefully) much higher. Current share structure gives them roughly 20 million shares. Ya never know with HDY and it's "one trick pony" offshore Guinea!
