Very rarely are shorts wrong on OTC companies. The stock was overbought at .022 when they started to short. They were right. But the buyer has not cared, and the short is going to have to cover and its going to be where the buyer wants him to.
Very rarely are shorts wrong on otc's but this time they are very wrong and are very trapped.
The buyer has shown time and time again that he does not care how much stock he buys, he will buy everything up. The short therefore could not win, even though it was overbought.
Now the short has to cover 1,2,3,4, maybe even a 5 Mill short position tmr. He is going to lose 400-500% on his trade from where he started shorting. The cover alone may take this stock to .10
I have been trading a long time but this is a rare example of a short truely getting caught. And yes the cusip change is coming, he really is trapped. Hold on to your hats tomorrow guys and gals.
