Second, referring to your last post, "There hasn't been any dilution to the company stock that I'm aware of. That along with a bunch of other reasons makes me think that the current control person mentioned above cannot excersize the voting power of 51%. Just my opinion.". From the large amount of carp that has come to light, I would think that even if Mr. Irvine still thinks that he can vote the equivalent of 51% of the outstanding shares, it would definitely be to his advantage to refrain from doing so.
