They might have millions in revs (due to the structure of these deals), but how much will they lose and need to dilute to cover the losses/overhead?

Never confuse revs with profits. The overhead is very high and the margins are no doubt super low. PQ has pitched high revenue growth in the past, under various tickers, which are ALL worthless now due to greed and poor management. None of them ever made any profits

Also, theres more selling than buying at the all time lows for a reason. People ignored this fact on SFMI as it lost most all of its value and some continue to ignore it now... IMO large holders are dumping because its excessively overvalued. They know where its headed long term, due to all the dilution thats coming.

Speaking of dilution: The fact that they aren't releasing any 8Ks disclosing the details/dilution for the last 2 deals, while continuing to pump them via press releases, demonstrated how irresponsible they continue to be.... same games + different ticker = same results
