I don't want shares ATM and all shares outstanding can easily make their way into the float. Question to trade it is, will we have it come in without news, with news. I'll gladly say this can run easily but that will require them doing something about it. Haven't heard anything since last year. Long silences have historically not been good. My best guess is that if we get dilution with no news, a RS can be on the table so they can secure more attractive financing going forward. Like I said. Long silences are historically bad in this market. Jmo
