The statement that this was a suspension of Fraud and it does not state that anywhere and the SEC does not investigate ahead of time, they simple take the word of FINRA and will put these companies on hold then they will ask for information from the company, at that point they will continue to investigate or move on. Either way the gray markets do not make it back from the bone yard and those share holder that the SEC was looking out for. They all get screwed because the SEC made an uninformed decision. To bad for the Company, True Shareholder and Management but not the MM that short the stock and any statement that is unfounded and based on incorrect information. JMO
