That does put the TESTING out of the weed eater and lawnmower category. LOL
I think that there is an appreciation for your legal due diligence. I appreciate it!
It is interesting that none of us took issue with the 3K until now.

Eramus I will have to take the credit (miscredit?) for that! Going back to the Army letter it clearly is 30kWe and not 3kWe.

I went with the 3, made assumptions based on that and screwed up.

From what I am now finding out it does make a big difference if it is a 30 kW generator vs a 3 kW. Sorry.
