Here's one to digest slowly.

First note in the product information section near the beginning that ICC-ES ESR 3255 is listed as the product certification.

http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001127855-14-000058%2Etxt&FilePath=%5C2014%5C02%5C13%5C&CoName=ECO+BUILDING+PRODUCTS%2C+INC%2E&FormType=8-K&RcvdDate=2%2F13%2F2014&pdf=

Then go to Eco ESR-3255 posted on ICC-ES website. Nowhere does it mention the NJ facility as being authorized or even recognized within the ESR. That wood carries no credentials of any sort.

http://www.icc-es.org/Reports/pdf_files/ESR-3255.pdf

Eco can't ship Depot contract-compliant wood out of the NJ facility, according to Eco's own ESR. It was just renewed this month, so this is reality TODAY.

Investors hosed. Depot hosed. Consumers hosed. They shouldn't hide behind the great flipping story, because folks are getting ripped off to make this scam possible.
