My opinion.

It's the quiet period.

Promotion and selling shares was over a long time ago. Now it's buying. Buying back and, most of all, auto-buying extremely cheap shares (dilution).

The dilution is to get the most percent possible of the sale, maybe also to "pay services" to "hidden-helping" people.
