You remember you used to have all these round holes that you put plastic tubes in to separate your clubs with? This guy came up with the modern golf bag with the geometric divider scheme which made the tubes obsolete.

Well it turns out he invested a good chunk with a company SCEI and they did not feel compelled to have annual meetings and he filed an order to force a vote under NRS 78.345 and he and I talked for about an hour on the process. He was a fountain of information and willing to share the process, legal representation, and key players for us to get the shareholder vote to elect a BOD we have been waiting 4 years for.
