For now. UBRG is trading on light volume. It is not financing shares being dumped. High risk stock. Traded for years. The company has not shown a profit. It was at least in part due to the effect of embedded derivative losses. I am not trying to sell you stock. I own this stock. I think downside risk here is minimal. This company has remained in operation during Americas worst economic times.
