Really? I can honestly tell you that I rarely have problems. Market Trader is a different story - I don't think their developers do any maintenance on that platform and I find many problems there. I am wondering if maybe it is your computer or isp? The only thing I can think of where I will have a problem with PRO, and it is rare, is sometimes using market depth (level II) it gets stuck and doesn't update. If I right click and hit refresh it updates, but the only way to actually fix it is to change the ticker in the window to a different ticker and then to retype the ticker that I want and that always fixes it. I use it mainly for scans - I use some of their predefined scans and I have three of my own custom scans. I don't use it for charting so if that is where your problems are I can't comment.
