This is a big surprise. Since he was handpicked by Zerbe. We should get some explanation from the company. I doubt that conflict with Par was the issue. More likely Zerbe couldn't let go and there was conflict over strategy.
I think it is bad news. I cannot see any good reason to buy this stock at this point. I expect it to drift lower.
