THE TRUTH ABOUT PPJ’S TESTING CAPABILITIES

There have only been TWO instances where press releases from PPJ Enterprise have mentioned PLANS to start testing facilities:

1) From the press release on 01/29/2014:

"PPJ Enterprise... a proprietary automated health care software company, announced today that it has added a new line of business, operating a diagnostic medical laboratory with a local physician. PPJ will own 49% of the venture and has arranged funding commitments. "We expect that this new laboratory will experience a high demand as these tests are currently performed at only a few locations in California," said Ms. Basu, PPJ's President.

The laboratory will perform Blood Culture Identification (BCID) Panel tests for a comprehensive list of 24 pathogens and 3 antibiotic resistance genes associated with bloodstream infections. One test identifies pathogens in 9 out of 10 positive blood cultures in about an hour with only two minutes of hands-on time.

"We expect to add multiple locations in the first year," said Ms. Basu.""

Nearly six months later, there has still been no information released to indicate that this testing facility has ever become operational.

2) From the press release on 05/02/2014:

"PPJ Enterprises.. a leader in proprietary automated health care reimbursement and informational software, recently hired several highly experienced marketing professionals to promote its products and services.

The new staffers will be tasked with invigorating referrals for the company's blood culture lab business as well as increasing promotion of the firm's billing service and software. One of the marketing professionals has a proven track record of markedly increasing patient referrals for medical practices over a period of several years.

PPJE has also announced that it plans to open its new blood culture lab business on June 1, 2014. The service, which is expected to be fully operational by early July, will facilitate high-end lab tests that may prove extremely helpful to physicians in treating a host of diseases. These specific lab tests are currently only available in three major hospitals in Southern California."

It is now past "early July" and there has still been no information released to indicate that this testing facility has ever become operational.

From the press release on 06/19/2014, we learn that in addition to the blood lab which was supposed to open in the June/July 2014 timeframe, PPJ will use "an affiliate lab" to run Medical Marijuana (MMJ) testing:

"The company recently announced it will open its doors for a blood lab testing business in June 2014 and now secured a business relationship with IHMMCC to run Medical Marijuana potency tests through an affiliate lab that can test for THC, THCA, CBD, CBG, CBN, CBDA, beta-Caryophyllene, Linalool, beta-Myrcene and D-Limonene."

If I do a web search to locate an actual MMJ testing lab and then solicit clients to perform MMJ testing, but pass all the test samples received from clients to the actual lab that I found, and did a markup on the price to the client, I would be duplicating what PPJ is going to do.

PPJ will only be a broker/middleman for MMJ testing. The “affiliate lab” will be actually performing all of the testing, not PPJ. The client could just as easily access the same lab directly at a reduced cost.

The only benefit that PPJ may add to the equation is through advanced marketing techniques. Of course, by PPJ’s own self-definition in its own press releases, PPJ’s core competency is as an “automated health care reimbursement and informational software company”, not as a marketing company.
